Description:
The house is located between sea and countryside less than 4 minutes from the lagoon of Cap Chevalier and 10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches surrounding the south of the island.
After the bath it is total relaxation in the hammocks on the terrace between punch, nap and blah blah blah !!! With sea and countryside views. Life is really pleasant there; life is good. The accommodation is of good standing, impeccably clean and very well maintained.
The house is located high on a plot of over 1000 m2. The space is therefore well ventilated, calm, and relaxing. The garden of more than 150m2 is fenced for the safety of children.
The house can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.

You have the assurance of clean and neat bedding; the
* The kitchen is fully equipped
** Household and bathroom linen is provided.
* Access for people with reduced mobility throughout the house: terrace, bathroom, living room, bedroom, garden.
* Surrounding leisure activities: diving, windsurfing, hiking, canoeing, kite surfing, jet skiing, horse riding, pedal boats, mountain biking.
* Restaurants and supermarket are less than 10 minutes away
It is unfortunate that our animal friends are not allowed to take part in the joys of travel: their presence is not allowed on the premises.

Très bonne expérience de 6 nuits dans cette maison. Vue magnifique, style adorable, terrasse extérieure pour manger du matin au soir. Très bien pour visiter le sud et l’est de l’île ! Cathy avait pris soin de trouver un lit pliant pour notre fille. La climatisation est très très appréciable dans les chambres (attention il n’y en a pas dans le salon pour le 3ème lit double).
Pour résumé un confort simple pour des vacances sans chichi dans le sud.
Pas de vis à vis, environnement calme.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans la propriété de Katy et Christian. Très jolie maison sur les hauteurs, ventilée avec vue mer au loin. A refaire sans hésitation.

Maison conforme au descriptif mais beaucoup trop bruyante à notre goût ( réveil le matin par les chiens, coqs, poules, chèvres des 6h00). Villa assez loin du centre de Sainte Anne , le Marin et des plages. Propriétaire très accueillant
