The 62m2 apartment is hidden in a traditional building in the centre of Les Sables d'Olonne. 5 people (4 adults maximum) feel immediately at ease in this beautifully refurbished rental. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed whilst the other bedroom has a double sofa bed with a single bed in a mezzanine. An asset accessible from the master bedroom; a partially covered terrace of 15 m2 allows you to enjoy a plancha or BBQ without overlooking neighbours. The pleasant bathroom has an Italian shower. The spacious living area, carefully furnished, combines a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area and a lounge corner with a Chesterfield sofa and TV screen. From the lounge, the view extends to the embankment and the Atlantic. The decoration, understated yet personalised, adds a warm touch to the accommodation. Convivial, the apartment is equally recommended for a family holiday stay or for a getaway, a seaside seminar.



Facing the Sables d'Olonne casino, between the harbour and the main beach, the apartment to rent is ideally located for all those who want to fully enjoy the seaside resort. 1 minute on foot and you dive into the refreshing waters of the Atlantic. Unless you prefer to ride them on a surfboard or do lengths in the open-air swimming pool on the embankment. Walks and running outings share the embankment or the sand at low tide. A few steps away, the small streets lead to the sailing boats moored in the marina, facing the restaurant tables. It is also on these quays that the Vendée Globe presents its Formula 1 of the sea. A hundred metres away, a welcoming market takes place under the covered market halls. Very pleasant during the summer holidays, you will quickly find the calm of nature in the unique atmosphere of the salt marshes or along the wooded dunes. Outdoor activities are available on the water, by canoe or paddleboard, and on land, on foot or by bike. A drink on the terrace or seafood facing the setting sun will gently conclude your days.
