7 days from Saturday to Saturday in July and August. 3 nights, outside these months between mid-April and the end of October.
PLEASE consider this RENTAL CONTRACT that you will have to sign upon your arrival:
Article 1 - Insurance: The tenant is responsible for all damage occurring through his or her own making. He or she is required to be insured.
Article 2 - Duration of stay: The tenant who has signed this contract for a fixed period may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.
In addition, if the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. No refund will be made.
Article 3 - The lease concluded between the parties to this deed may in no case benefit, even partially, third parties, natural or legal persons.
Any infringement of this paragraph would be likely to lead to the immediate termination of the tenancy at the fault of the tenant, the proceeds of the rental remaining definitively acquired by the landlord.
Article 4 - Cancellation by the Owner in the event of justified force majeure: The Owner asks Vrbo for a full refund of the deposit to the tenant, or even the entire payment.
Article 5 - arrival: The tenant must arrive on the day specified in the time slot mentioned in this contract. However, contact with the landlord beforehand by SMS will be preferred.
Article 6 - Cleaning: Instructions will be given on arrival to ensure that the requirements in this area are respected.
Article 7 - inventory of fixtures: the inventory of fixtures and the inventory will be drawn up jointly and signed by the tenant at the entrance and then by the owner or his representative at the exit, constituting the only reference in the event of a dispute.
Article 8 - security deposit: The amount of the security deposit is set at €1200 to Vrbo. After the establishment of the inventory of fixtures at the end of the tenancy, Vrbo will proceed with the possible deduction for the restoration of the premises if any damage is noted.
