- a nice living room with a lounge area and a dining area,
- a fully equipped open kitchen,
- a double bedroom,
- a shower room with washbasin,
- and a separate toilet.
🛌 The flat has two sleeping areas:
- a double bed for 2 people in the bedroom,
- a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.
⭐ Travel in comfort with the facilities present in the flat, such as a TV, wifi connection, kitchen equipment (microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, plates, ect.), bed linen and towels for 4 people on arrival.

You are between the "Victor Hugo" and "Chavant" districts, a lively area where all public transport meets.
Bus : C1 : stops "Chavant" and "Docteur Martin".

🚗 Parking is not possible around the building. You may be lucky enough to find a paying space in the surrounding streets. Otherwise, you will find spaces in the nearby car parks.

In order to welcome you in a really nice place and to keep our apartment as beautiful as they are, a deposit on your credit card will be requested via a trusted partner "Swikly".
After your booking confirmation, you will get an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card.
This verification will assure us an amount in case something happens in the flat. Nothing will be blocked or taken from your account.
Please note that without this deposit, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you, and your booking won't be refund.
Nb: This deposit is also accepted by platforms.
💁We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed.
🤝 This is solidarity accommodation! The entire cost of cleaning is donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and cleaning solidarity).
🕰️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 incl. VAT applies in both cases.

We stayed here to be close to family who lives in Grenoble and could not have asked for a better location. The apartment was very clean and had good amenities. Access to a grocery store and bakery are just up the street. Plus, you are right by a bus stop. We'd definitely stay here again. Merci!
