It is composed of:
- a large living/dining room with sofa, armchairs, desk and bed;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a large bedroom with a double bed and a mirror on the ceiling;
- a beautiful bathroom with bathtub:
- separate toilet, for more comfort :)
🛌 The flat has 2 sleeping spaces: a foldaway double bed in the living room, a double bed in the bedroom.
⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the facilities present in the flat, such as a TV, kitchen facilities (oven, fridge, dishwasher (tablets not provided), kettle, microwave, hob), storage in the bedroom, air conditioning, bed linen and towels for 4 people on arrival.
🔒 Following your reservation: In order to welcome you in a really nice place and to keep our apartment as beautiful as they are, a deposit on your credit card will be requested via a trusted partner "Swikly". After your booking confirmation, you will get an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification will assure us an amount in case something happens in the flat. Nothing will be blocked or taken from your account. Please note that without this deposit, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you, and your booking won't be refund. Nb: This deposit is also accepted by platforms.

📍 Located in the lively Hyper Centre area of Grenoble, supermarkets at 3 min walk ( U express and Spar), Tabac Presse and fruits and vegetables at 2 min walk.
Rue de Strasbourg is very famous with all its renowned craftsmen: best cheese maker in the world, excellent wine cellars, fishmonger's, pastry shop/chocolaterie...
Pathé Chavant cinema and Parc Paul Mistral are 2 minutes away on foot.
The historic centre of the town is 5 minutes walk away.
🚌 Getting around:
To get around, tram lines A and C stop "Chavant" are a 3-minute walk from the building!
The discovery of the city and the district can be done on foot, or by bike.
🚗 Parking is possible around the building (paying during the day except on Sundays) and in the surrounding car parks.

A very good place in a nice town. Easy entry with a keycode keybox, all was perfectly clean and instructions (location, wifi,etc) was clear and easy. Majordome Privé highly recommended

The bed was firm and roomy with good sheets and bedding, so very comfortable for our 4 night stay. There is plenty space in this apartment to relax and eat. Lift to 2nd floor and video to guide us to the apartment was particularly helpful. The decor is interesting and the view of life in the street below and snow capped mountains at the end of two streets was an added bonus. Very happy with our choice after a long search of airbnbs.
