Front garden with sitting out area and garden furniture. Hot tub for 2 (private). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. This superb modern luxury pod, constructed in 2022, is surrounded by open fields with far reaching views. It’s ideal for a relaxing break just ½-mile walk from the beach and it also makes a great touring base, or a lovely holiday home, from which to escape the hustle and bustle of modern life. It is just a short drive north of the traditional seaside resort of Mablethorpe and less than half an hour’s drive from the Georgian market town of Louth with its boutique shops, pubs, and restaurants.
There are good walks and cycle routes in the area with only a 30-minute walk cross country to Saltfleet-by-Theddlethorpe Dunes National Nature Reserve. There is plenty for everyone to see and do throughout the area or simply sit back and relax, and enjoy the peace and quiet. Also within easy reach is the Lincolnshire’s first natural nature national reserve, King Charles 3rd Coastal Reserve Pathway. Beach 800 yards. Shop 3 miles, and restaurant 1 mile.
