INSIDE THE HOME:
Inside you will find a three bedroom, one bathroom home with enough room for eight. The kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials and has seating for everyone. Outside you will find a spacious backyard with a built in fire pit. End your evenings gathered around telling camp fire stories.

This home features a private yard, perfect for your furry friends. A large deck off the back entrance with seating and an umbrella. Also a nice firepit perfect for gathering for stories or smores!
THE LOCATION:
This home is located directly across the street from beautiful Lake Michigan. 10 minute walk to the famous "blue stairs" that you can take down to the beach. Very close to kids corner park and South Beach as well.
Plenty of outdoor seating for the whole family!

Location & communication was great. House was a good size for our 4. Wish there was a small tv in the master bedroom. South Haven gets pretty quiet around 9:30pm which put us in for the night. Everything that was needed was at the property although outdated a bit. A few cabinet doors were stuck shut but with some effort was able to open. The purifiers need to be running the whole time and there were a few ants on the counters, but all small issues.

House was as described. Fit our needs and location. Proximity to the beach is a 5 minute walk. 20 minute walk to downtown. Deck was very nice for morning coffee. I would stay again.

The property was dated and both kitchen and bathroom are in need of updating. There were cabinets in the kitchen that we couldn't get opened because they were stuck. The kitchen was well stocked, almost too much because there was no room to store food in any of the cabinets, so we had to have everything out on the counters. I was also disappointed that there was not an ice maker in the refrigerator. The backyard was large and had a nice deck with furniture that was good for eating outdoors. We had a 3 and and 8 year old with us, so the walk to the beach was a little farther than we would have liked. Downtown was even farther so we ended up driving most of the time. Kids Corner playground was very nice and the kids enjoyed that a lot. Overall it was sufficient for two adults and two children to stay there but it would be tight for anyone else.
