It was in a good location, very comfortable and very well maintained.

There was nothing I didn’t like

The property was clean. Kitchen was very well equipped. The landscaping was beautiful. A good location in South Haven.

A bad 1st impression when we couldn't get into the rental with the door code we were given. Had to call to get another door code. Much of the outside furniture was covered with bird droppings, so unusable. Shower head on first floor needs to be replaced. Bedrooms were very small - no chairs in any of them. Overhead light in downshairs bedroom turned on spontaneously at 4 am, disrupting sleep. Bottom support bar on one dining room chair was broken. Owners lived in house on same property which was OK, but it was awkward having them walking around so close to our living space. It was unclear where on the property we were allowed and what was part of the owners private area. Property management was very confursing - booked through Booking.com which transferred management to Vacasa, then Vacasa transferred management to VueStay, causing conflicting instructions and double invoicing. Unnecessary hassles.
