This tastefully furnished north side of a duplex will be your home away from home. Come with laid back attitude in mind and enjoy all this home has to offer including the covered porch & 2 sundecks with furniture. Should you choose to cook in, your kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your own seaside fare right down to favorite recipes and the blender for your strawberry daiquiris.
This home features the popular reverse floor plan to maximize the spectacular ocean views. On the top floor you'll find the naturally bright main living space including ,1/2 bath, kitchen and dining area. With the main attraction of Topsail Island right over the dunes, we know you will make lasting memories year after year.

Location:
Your beach rental is located approximately 1.2 miles south of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island. This puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.
