Large terrace, large plot of land, closed outbuilding to store bikes, beach equipment... 15 km from Lake Guerlédan, in a rural environment, this beautiful stone building, completely renovated, will be the ideal address for a relaxing holiday, equidistant from the North or South Coast of Brittany. Spacious and bright, facing south, on the edge of the Hilvern channel, it is the perfect address to discover Central Brittany in all its facets. You like hiking, then you will combine the pleasures by discovering the Bosméléac lake (5 km) with its equipped beach (swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddle). You will easily reach Lake Guerlédan 15 km away (mountain bike circuit, water activities, hiking). You love wandering through small towns with character, so head to Quintin, 20 km away. To enjoy the seaside, the beaches of the Bay of St-Brieuc (40 km away) or the beautiful resorts of the Côte de Goëlo (Binic, St-Quay-Portrieux, Plouha, Paimpol...) are yours.
