In the heart of the Brière Regional Park, 400 m from shops and restaurants, 9 km from Guérande and the nearest beaches, 15 km from major seaside resorts such as La Baule, Pornichet, Le Pouliguen, Piriac, Le Croisic, and La Turballe, and 20 km from Saint-Nazaire (a naval hub).
You can also enjoy numerous hiking and cycling trails, boat trips, or horse-drawn carriage rides. A pond and beach with lifeguards are 400 m away, supervised during the summer.

Private, enclosed garden of 60 m² with no overlooking neighbors.
Ground floor: living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen and shower room/WC. Three fans are available for your use.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: double bed 140x190cm, 2: two single beds 90x190cm that can be joined).
Included amenities: cot/high chair, baby bath/changing mat upon request (no washing machine or dishwasher).
Not included: electric heating during the heating season (€9/day), bed linen (€8/person/stay), towels (€6/person/stay), and tourist tax.
