About this house rental
Hello,
New house quietly located in an old potter village on the Guérande peninsula in the regional park of large Brière.
Small pond, petanque, bread oven and old wash house 50 m.
You will be 10 minutes from the beach of Mahe Bridge.
10 minutes from the dam Arzal and its marina or that of the small medieval city of Roche Bernard.
15 minutes from Guérande and salt marshes
20 minutes from La Baule, 35 minutes from Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan.
Many cultural and historical sites to visit.
Many shops and restaurants 3 km.
Possibility of a sailing trip on the Vilaine or at sea aboard our sailboat.

American kitchen open on a large living room equipped with a corner sofa, a hi-fi and a TV in a room of 35m2.
Wood stove available.
American fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
A bedroom with double bed with wardrobe and TV.
A bathroom with Italian shower.
A storeroom with washing machine, a freezer and many cupboards.

A room of 30 m2 with bed 2 people and television.
If you have a toddler, you can provide a cot, a high chair, a small bathtub etc ... and many toys.
- The outside
It is arranged with a wooden terrace of 21 m2 fully closed and directly accessible from the living room by the bricked door. A garden furniture with deckchairs and sun loungers is installed.
A gate gives access to the side of the house to a courtyard or gate allows you to enter your vehicle.
Possibility also to park two cars just in front of the house.
The back of the house overlooks a meadow or there is no opposite.
You will find a second living room of garden with terrace of 40 m2, a gas barbecue and a spa available from June to September.
