Whether you're looking to explore Bellaire, Torch Lake, Charlevoix, or the nearby Horse Fields, you'll be perfectly situated for all the excitement.
OUTDOORS: So close to Intermediate Lake and boat launch, firepit with outdoor seating, screened in party porch outback with furniture. Perfect for dining or just having a cup of coffee in the morning.
INDOORS: Relax in our inviting living area, complete with a comfortable brand new sofa and smart TV

PARKING: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles and a boat/trailer or RV
PET POLICY

This was my first time booking through VRBO, and I specifically filtered for a pet-friendly waterfront property. Unfortunately, this listing was not actually on the water. While the photos show a lake, the house is about a block away and there's no view of the lake from the home itself. I missed that detail in the fine print, but I feel the listing is a bit misleading in that regard.Upon arrival, I also found the cleanliness to be below expectations. Some dishes were not properly cleaned and had to be rewashed, and there were old coffee grounds left in the coffee maker. The outdoor enclosed room was quite dirty—the table appeared not to have been wiped down in some time. Additionally, the living room couch was very uncomfortable and felt like sitting on a hard board, which made it hard to relax indoors.On a positive note, the host was very friendly and communicative, which I appreciated. I would suggest the host pass along these notes to the cleaning service and strongly recommend updating the listing to clarify that the property is near the water, but not waterfront
