About this house rental
Newly renovated home sleeps 8, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It has newly finished hardwood floors and granite throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. You will find two rocking chairs under the porch where you can watch kayakers and boats float by or have a fire in the firepit to close the night. Intermediate Lake and Beach is across the street where you will find the Boat Launch and Boat Docks. Central Lake is an outdoor enthusiast’s dream, offering activities for every season!
Complimentary Kayak and Paddle Board for you to enjoy! There is an outdoor fire pit and corn hole available. Across the street is access to Intermediate Lake Boat Launch, Boat docks.
Inside the Lake Escape you will find many board games, books and Smart TV available for a rainy day.
We have 4 Pickle ball paddles available to use at the local outdoor court. So many great locations to visit nearby: Belleair, Torch Lake, Traverse City, Petosky, Charlevoix! Many Farms nearby for fruit, berry, pumpkin picking and of course wine! Local to skiing and outdoor fun.

Elisa’s place has a wonderful view of the lake and is right across from the beach & playground. Also just 1 block from a little market that has everything you need. Just a few blocks to the town of Centeal Lake for restaurants, shopping, pizza, ice cream, fudge and Mammoth Distillery for amazing drinks. Her place was impressively clean, stocked and well organized. The layout is perfect for even a large family like ours with plenty of open space for kids to play. Some of our favorite time was at the bonfire site set up conveniently close to the house where we could look at the lake while enjoying the fire. Super convenient set up, lots of wonderful memories made

This property was a 5 stay for me and my friends! It was incredibly clean, completely furnished with everything we needed, an incredible location, and the host was prompt with responses to communication! We would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again! Central Lake Escape checked all of the boxes!!!! Don’t miss out on this great stay!!!!
