New white kitchen w quartz counters, oversized cherry island & SS appliances that opens to vaulted family room w 55” smart tv & gas fireplace. Primary suite features new bath & walk in closet. 2nd bedroom w double bed & 2 twins w new bath. 3rd bedroom w queen & new full bath. ***Will trade out new queen bed in bunk room if requested. Will add TVs to each bedroom upon request**** New paint, new flooring. Private office! Lower family room w smart tv, bar and air hockey. Wi-Fi. Furnished +Deck, grill. NEW LANDSCAPING & CENTRAL AIR) We have a 10-person pontoon boat, a fishing boat, 5 kayaks and 4 person UTV that can be rented separately 20 minutes away.

House was perfect for us and our family. We were in Marshfield visiting family, and we needed a place to gather for ann anfternoon and it was just right.

It was easy to get into the rental, the property manager was super great at sending an intro text about the rules of the property and check out expectations. The only negative and the reason for not giving a 5 star on the cleanliness of the rental is they wanted us to remove our shoes in the foyer, no big deal, we do this in our own home but we have carpet, regardless we all noticed that the bottoms of our feet or socks were dirty so we don't go to bed with dirty feet, not a big deal but if you request your guests to remove their shoes then please make sure the floors are at least mopped to prevent dirtiness going on to the beds :) Other than that, the rental is in a great location near downtown Marshfield and is in a neighborhood, the pictures on VRBO are very accurate, very beautiful home, larger than what we expected but great overall b/c it does have a queen bedroom downstairs with another living room area / game room. The lawn was nicely done and fairly large backyard to enjoy, We enjoyed ourselves, if we ever decide to go back to Wisconsin then we will definitely be looking to see if this property is open for renting!

We came for a wedding and to reconnect with family we hadn't seen in ages. The home was more than large enough for our family of 4 to have space and spend a dreary rainy week. My kids loved the bunk bed and all of the books. My Daughter absolutely loved the big living room windows and being able to watch the rain. Being able to use the garage was great for taking sleeping littles out of the car while it was raining. The hosts even provided baby gates at my request.
