Designed with families and outdoor lovers in mind, this cozy and spacious home features a private sandy beach, water toys for all ages, and a large recreation area for indoor entertainment.
Spend your days paddling on the lake, relaxing by the fire pit, or challenging the kids to beach volleyball. Inside, you'll find everything you need to feel at home - from a fully stocked kitchen to high-speed Wi-Fi and board games.

Additional fees & requirements:
✔ Rental Agreement & ID Verification - A signed rental agreement and a valid ID upload from the booking guest are required.
✔ Security Deposit Hold - A $300 hold will be placed as a refundable security deposit.
✔ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out - Available upon request, pending availability. Each is offered for a $60 fee and must be arranged in advance.
✔ Optional access to the Lake Arrowhead Community Center and pool is available for $5 per person, per day

✔ 2 rolls of toilet paper
✔ 1 roll of paper towels
✔ 1 box of Kleenex
Important Note:
✔ This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights.
✔ Please also note that the garage is not accessible to guests, and the owner’s boat is secured at the dock and not available for guest use.
✔ We are dog-friendly and welcome up to 2 well-behaved pups with a small pet fee. Cats are not permitted due to allergy concerns - thanks for understanding! Please let us know your dog’s breed and size when booking.

Beautiful lakefront property with access to a nice dock and close to a swimming beach. The home was clean and Deb was quick to respond to any communications/questions that we had.

Our stay was super easy and convenient. This cabin has everything you could possibly need for a fun filled weekend! Place was clean and located on a really fun lake with decent fishing. Will be staying here again.

We stayed here in the middle part of July, there were four of us. What a pleasant surprise walking in to the home. Very nicely decorated with lake home accents and charm. The home came with everything you would typically use in your own home, except for minor items, ie; a Keurig, but the coffee maker was just fine, and seasoning. But everything was perfect. Comfortable seating on the deck facing the lake. Actually had deer walk between the house and the water in front of us. The lake itself was a nice surprise as well in that although it was small, it was just right for us, and we found the fishing fun. We also were able to tie our fishing boat to the pier. You need to try fishing off the pier at dusk. A whole lot of fun and caught literally everything. A bunch of choices in where to eat with supper clubs everywhere, or cook on the nice gas grill on the deck. Don’t forget the bug spray.
We have done a lot of VRBOs everywhere and I must say that we really enjoyed this place and would difinetely recommend it and would love to come back.

Very clean with plenty of amenities to keep us all busy for the week! Beautiful setting. Enjoyed many hours on the deck, around the fire and on the dock. Great memories!!
