Charming, sunny 2-room apartment with about 50 sqm on 1 level (3. Floor) for up to 4 people. Beach and central location in the district Bad in St. Peter-Ording. The promenade, the beach, the dune spa and all restaurants and shops of the spa center are within walking distance. With its own small arcade in front of the apartment door. South-west facing balcony with stunning views over the rooftops of St. Peter-Ording to the pier on the beach and the sea.

Living room with 2 sofas (2s), armchairs, 2 fold-out single beds (80x190cm each), TV and Hifi. Direct access to the sunny, furnished corner balcony to the southwest with stunning views and a small sea view. Dinette with table and 4 chairs.
