Grand Beach Resort sits directly ACROSS the road from Gulf Shores State Park. Condo is within walking distance to the Gulf State pier. The complex is less than one mile east of Hwy. 59 (The Hangout) in Gulf Shores. The beautiful white sandy beaches and emerald green waters of Gulf Shores are just steps away from your door. Balcony views from the 4th floor unit give the spectacular views of the beach without those high beach front prices. Rear views face Gulf State Park Wetlands. Main floor has 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath, and kitchen-living area. Loft has bedroom area. Unit sleeps 4 guests comfortably. All the amenities of home including stackable washer/dryer. Complex has great pool, hot tub and poolside covered patio area. Also, stainless steel grills available onsite.

Great place right across the street from the beach. All the basics provided for. Nothing especially fancy, but it worked for us.

The condo is clean and in a great location for easy access to the beach. Rhonda is an amazing host and very responsive to emails and ensuring you have everything you need. We will be back!

Beautiful view, and incredible accommodations! We will certainly be back to Rhonda’s place, not only was she a great communicator but shared a lot of suggestions of great things to do in the area! The condo was peaceful and comfortable, an easy bike ride to the State park or a quick walk across the street to the beach. We loved being able to walk a mile in either direction and find restaurants and refreshments!
