Downstairs: 2 oversized bedrooms with shared bath.

We loved staying at the Ocean Blue house. We would 100% stay there again. The only reasons for the 4 of 5 were very minor.
1) the downstairs shower didn’t work. Dawn and the management team “promptly” responded and had someone there to fix it within an hour. It was no big deal, just a handle fixed in a few minutes.
2) It was hot! There was a AC unit that was useless. But we were having a heatwave. My brother brought fans and it made it manageable. Dawn offered more fans, but we brought enough. I’ve lived at 2 different places on the beach in Playa Del Rey, so I understand that usually opening the windows helps, but I still think a better “internal” AC and airflow could help this house throughout. The high ceiling traps a lot of heat throughout the day with no ventilation.
3) Lastly, we were counting on BBQing a lot. However, the propane tank was empty. Again, this was “not” a big deal. $21 tank exchange at nearby Ralph’s and we were off to grilling!
4) The beach chairs and boogie boards and balls were greatly appreciated. But bicycles were in varying levels of disrepair. Some were fine, some were not.
I want to make it clear that we loved the house and were very comfortable. It was clean, comfy with a big couch, big dining table, an island in kitchen for conversations while cooking, 3 showers for cleanup after the beach and plenty of comfy beds for all 7 of us. So close to the beautiful beach. Our trip was magical.

Good overall, but Not the cleanest, the bikes were rusted and tires were flat. The provided tire pump didn’t work either.

This is a nice house in a great area right across from the beach .

Screen door was not installed going out to deck. Chairs really rusty. Beds comfortable. TV worked well. Would have liked a telephone number to talk with manager from beginning of booking reservation.
