Upstairs: Open living/dining/kitchen with beach-view deck, master suite w/private bath, plus guest bedroom & bath.
Downstairs: 2 oversized bedrooms with shared bath.
Extras: Free WiFi, Pod/Carafe coffee maker, washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, propane BBQ.
The Beach View staff is available to assist you during your stay. Communication with your Beach View Representative will go through the channels you initiated the reservation from.

We needed a place to stay during my daughters graduation weekend. This place was the perfect location which is just right at the border of Ventura and Oxnard. 1 block from the beach - yet only about 45 minute drive to UCSB. Lots of cool restaurants to choose from within a 4-7 mile drive. The house was big and lots of space for a 4-bedroom beach house! We enjoyed our time here and will definitely consider staying again in the future.

Screen door was not installed going out to deck. Chairs really rusty. Beds comfortable. TV worked well. Would have liked a telephone number to talk with manager from beginning of booking reservation.
