Great well stocked house. It was too cool to use the patio but it looked so inviting. The beach is so close and really glad we picked this property.

The location is excellent. The house was small with a tricky layout - there is a master downstairs with one bath and the kitchen and two bedrooms upstairs with one bath. It leads to a lot of walking through the downstairs bedroom to access the backyard. The game room was great and the kids enjoyed it. The kitchen lacks bake ware and is stocked with cheap pans and dishes. Half the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom and hallway are locked owners cabinets which is frustrating and unwelcoming when you are looking for extra bowls or a blanket. The owner was communicative but not generous about the fact that we wanted to check in an hour early.
I hope this review is helpful for the next person.
