This property is stunning. Absolutely the best home directly on the beach which is basically a private beach. Located close to stores as well. Host is amazing and awesome to work with. This is one of those gems of a home and you will not regret booking it.

This home is absolutely beautiful. The photos actually do not do it justice, as it actually looks even better in person. Our host met us upon arrival and took us on a guided tour (which we appreciated as there are electric window coveriings and blinds that we were glad we were taught how to use) and our host Greg took pride in showing this remarkable home, and we had a great time getting to know him.He was extremely accommodating and flexible with us over Easter weekend.Just for transparency- when you are sitting on the patio furniture on the sand, the beach is likely to be just high enough to prevent you from seeing the ocean, however, the view from the rooftop is absolutely incredible as is the view from the living area.Would I recommend this home?ABSOLUTELY!

Our 3rd stay here at this wonderful property and it gets better every time. Greg and Dionne are great to communicate with and they make sure everything is in order. The property is well stocked and maintained. The views from the great room and the roof are amazing! The beach is beautiful and perfect for walks or playing in the water. Our families love coverging here and spending time together in the Glass House!

Views. That’s it. You are paying for the absolutely fabulous views this house offers. Two floors of windows face the beach from the living room with unobstructed views. Truly stunning.
The owner Greg gave me a very thorough walk through upon arrival. In hindsight, I wonder if this was because of all of the aging quirks. We have rented a number of places on the CA coast and this required the most number of contacts with the host and manager. Both were extremely responsive and apologetic.
Lower level bathroom: overhead bathroom light flickers
Main floor bedroom facing street: Door to the main living area doesn’t close.
Bedroom upstairs: I would call this a loft as the gorgeous glass must remain open due to fire code (per the manager) so limited privacy.
Kitchen: Sporadically flashing light on lights under cabinet. Faucet only has one setting (a shower like spray that got me wet every time). Leaking dishwasher (which didn’t happen to work for our stay). Leaking freezer.
Again, truly appreciate the responsiveness of both owner and manager. Prefer to not spend my vacation contacting them nearly every other day.
