We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mary’s place. It has a beautiful deck with plenty of room for everyone to relax and chat. The quiet location on the canal provides water views and easy access to kayaking and paddle boarding. We explored Oxnard, Ventura, and Santa Barbara. We are glad we took a chance on this location.

The house was really nice and clean. Loved the patio deck - very peaceful and quiet. The bedrooms were spacious. I would definitely stay again.

The property was really nice, easy access to, right by the beach and very comfortable. We were able to park 3 cars in front and there was plenty of room for 8 adults, 3 children, and 2 pets (dogs). There was plenty of towels, soaps, linens, and kitchen neccessities. The kayaks were wonderful to use to explore the surrounding waterways. There was a 2-story family pizza restaurant and some fast food places nearby. It was a wonderful trip!

We have visited Oxnard several times over the past 10 years. We usually stay on the beach and decided to try a house on the harbor. The home was wonderful and in a great location. It's a great option for families looking for relaxing place to stay. Close beach, Oxnard's big city park, and on the water for kayaking.
