2nd floor penthouse apartment with allocated FREE parking quiet location and wi-fi. Close to NEC. For longer stays we can arrange weekly cleaning and bedding change at an extra cost. Master En-suite shower . Family bath shower. 2nd bed double bed. Z Bed in the 2nd Bed - Please request on booking for bedding to be available at an extra cost. TV. Fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer and washer dryer. Quiet and not overlooked round corner to train station for Birmingham / Stratford-Upon-Avon.

This was a low in our 5 stop Europe trip. We drove do the location only to find out the street address (number) was not in the check in instructions. We waited an hour to have the host give us the apartment number. After checking in, I decided to call the owner to ask a few questions and to get the WiFi, as it was not in the check-in instructions. I was very courteous, but the host hung up on me after he said he could not help us with our needs for the accommodations. The apartment was dirty, and infested with moths and some spider webs. The sofa was filthy. On the check out day, the cleaner showed up an hour early and told us we were supposed to be out. The host also messaged us and told us our check-out was one hour earlier than the published time.
