This property is a great value if you are looking for an inexpensive base for exploring, visiting family, or a place to stay for an extended business trip. The host was very responsive and we had no issues during our stay. The location is in a quiet neighborhood but close to public transport (buses, trains) that can get you anywhere in the region. Solihull rail station is 5 minutes drive away, and a train to central London takes less than 2 hours. The kitchen is small so don't plan on cooking a banquet, but there's a large back yard/garden if you need it. We would definitely stay here again

Really nice house with top modern interior, nice furnitures, comfortable beds and a big garden. Super that pets are allowed and the host is absolutely fantastic and really service minded in every way. Even when we had a little problem with the boiler in the house, the host did everything and more to make us comfortable and pleased. Thank you, we will be back for sure!
We had a little problem with the boiler, but that should be fixed now so nothing more to say. The house is amazing.
