There was plenty of space, a large bathroom and huge garden. The host was very informative and helpful.
The kitchen was small but manageable. Birmingham has an issue with bins so there was no recycling bin available and the black bin was full.

This property is a great value if you are looking for an inexpensive base for exploring, visiting family, or a place to stay for an extended business trip. The host was very responsive and we had no issues during our stay. The location is in a quiet neighborhood but close to public transport (buses, trains) that can get you anywhere in the region. Solihull rail station is 5 minutes drive away, and a train to central London takes less than 2 hours. The kitchen is small so don't plan on cooking a banquet, but there's a large back yard/garden if you need it. We would definitely stay here again
