This modern and central apartment (32 m2) is located in the center in Madrid, 1 minute from the famous El Rastro market, 7 minutes from Lavapies and 10 minutes from the Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor.
With capacity for up to 3 guests in two separate rooms here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay.
It has been completely renovated in 2020.
The space
The apartment is divided into a well-equipped kitchenette with a dining table and TV and the sleeping area with a double bed. In another room, a single bed in a separate attic space.
In addition, it has a glass-walled bathroom that has mechanized blinds for privacy and a private patio.
It is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest.

Guests have access to the entire property.
Towels, bedding and hand soap included.
It has air conditioning and heating.
The studio is on the ground floor but you have to climb two steps when entering the property.
There is paid parking for hours on two streets of the property.
There is laundry 5 minutes from the property.

We enjoyed our short stay in this cozy apartment. It is a perfect location within walking distance from the historical center of Madrid, and there are lots of restaurants and cafés nearby. The host Israel is super helpful and quick to respond to any requests or questions you might have. Check-in and check-out are a breeze. There are just a couple of things we'd like to mention. We did notice a slight smell, probably because it's winter and wet season, but it's nothing too major. The apartment door has low sound protection, so you can hear everything that's going on outside in the hall. Also, It would be great to have some coffee in the apartment to get you going in the early morning before you head out to the coffee shop. Overall it is a good finding for that price in the center of Madrid. Thank you, Israel for having us.

The property was close enough to key areas to be a comfortable stay. The shower was phenomenal, and the air conditioner worked great (something that can’t be said for every stay). I only wish that there was a broom so that I could sweep up when things that got tracked inside.

Property was okay and in a good place and Israel was very good with communication. Issues are with the mould in the apartment, there is no ventilation and so the humidity gets really bad after showering. Though there is a dehumidifier we were asked to turn on after showering it was obviously not powerful enough to properly deal with the humidity issue. There was a lot of black mould around the base of the shower and in the corners of the room. There is also a small back room that has a ceiling covered completely in mould. The room smelt way too strongly of cleaner/air refresher when we arrived and cause both my partner and I massive headaches. The location was great and overall cleanliness was good but we wouldn’t feel safe staying again due to the health concerns of the mould.
