Welcome to Woodland Cottage!
If you are looking for a quiet, cottage with a Sunroom, Fireplace, west facing front, backyard with a forest view and two levels of seating, you will love to unwind here!!
After a long day at the beach, mountain biking, swimming or tennis/pickle ball, relax in our comfortable two-story cottage. You can sit out front and enjoy the sun while reading a book, or sit on our back deck with a shady, quiet view of the forest. We also have 2 TV’s both with ROKU. You will also find assorted games, books and puzzles.
Woodland Cottage is located in the Madison District and is an ideal location within Seabrook as you are a 5-minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes to the Indoor Pool, Gym, along with various shops and restaurants. We are also fortunate be located steps away from a covered community gazebo with a fireplace! Here you can enjoy a glass of wine or make your favorite S’mores with the kids.
Woodland Cottage sleeps 6 with a very comfortable King Bed in one room and built-in bunkbeds with a Queen on the bottom in the second bedroom. In the private Sunroom, you will also find a Futon (with Full Size Bed). There are some great places to eat in Seabrook but feel free to cook for yourself while here. We have a gas BBQ (no tank required) for your outdoor cooking needs. You will also find all the amenities you might need for any meal.
The upper deck is fenced-in so a pet can roam freely. You will find a tethered leash in the front courtyard as well.

I can’t even explain how much I loved this house. Close to everything! 3 minute walk to downtown shops and the pool. 7 minute walk to the beach. The house was super cute and cozy

The proximity to the beach and Seabrook activities is fantastic. The cottage has everything you could need. It may be time for a new internet router as the connection was intermittent to not working at all. Otherwise it was an amazing time.

Even though we had a rainy stay we loved it. The house gave us all including the dog enough room to hang out. City center close, pool super close and great walks with the dog.
