Terra Mar is located right in the heart of downtown Seabrook. A close walk to any of our merchants as well as to the beach! Terra Mar is charmingly decorated with beautiful artwork and décor with hardwood floors downstairs and plush carpet upstairs. The handpicked pieces of artwork create a warm and relaxing beach atmosphere for your family.
Terra Mar features a cozy living room downstairs with a comfy queen sleeper sofa and two chairs where you can watch TV or relax by the fire. A selection of books, games and movies are provided for your enjoyment during your stay. Play a game or eat a meal with your family at the dining room table that seats 6. There is a half-bath located on the main level.
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops and is stocked to cook your favorite meals. There is an island in the kitchen for extra counter space as well as additional seating at the bar.
Located right outside of the home is a community fire pit where you can enjoy stories and s’mores with your family and neighbors.
There are two bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen size bed, elegant wood furniture and plenty of closet space to fit your needs. Both bedrooms are spacious and have flat screen TV’s. The south facing bedroom has a private balcony that overlooks the courtyard. The upstairs bathroom has dual sinks and secluded glass shower.
Terra Mar is also stocked with items for your family dog including a dog bed and blanket, water and food bowl.

The house and its location were perfect. The checking in process however…was not. We were 1 hour away from our VRBO when we received a call from Seabrook properties telling us we hadn’t paid.?? We gave all our info to VRBO and assumed everything was taken care of. After at least 3 or 4 phone calls back and forth…the Seabrook folks told us to go ahead and come and that they would sort it out after the weekend. They when that didn’t happen, my husband went in to the office and paid the bill in full. Later - the VRBO folks told me that they are only responsible for the deposit and that it was up to Seabrook to collect the rest. I asked them if they had passed on our credit card information and they said they had. They also said Seabrook tried to charge that same credit card But something went wrong. Long story longer…they waited an hour before we were supposed to arrive to call and say we had not paid?? To this day….I am still not certain what happened. The house had been held….but was not clean when we got there. After all of this the Seabrook folks were very nice….but did not offer any explanation or remuneration for all of this. I can’t say I was impressed

Seabrook is an amazing community. Our unit was very convenient and comfortable. Was advertised as a two bedroom two bath unit but was actually only one and a half bath. We had several issues with the appliances that were not working properly however the maintenance staff at Seabrook took care of it promptly.

Family of 4 with two kids under the age of 4 loved terra mar. First trip to Seabrook and we will definitely be back. Loved how walkable the town was and terra mar out us right in the center of it all. No downsides to this property. Great layout, nice kitchen and bathrooms. Wasn't too big inside but that didn't matter as Seabrook is full of community spaces, we spent most our time out walking, swimming, playing, etc.
