As you walk up to Happy As A Clam, you will enjoy the peaceful and relaxing feel of the surroundings that the neighborhood has to offer. Your dogs are welcome! Our covered front porch is great for enjoying relaxing evening sunsets in our Adirondack chairs, after a long day at the beach. Seabrook is our favorite coastal town and the home is fully equipped with all the comforts you will need.
Happy As A Clam is a very bright and peaceful home, which features a large built in Nook with seating space for 6, with an additional space for 2 at the breakfast bar. The Kitchen includes a Coffee Maker, Wine Glasses, Blender and fully stocked cookware. In the living space there is a 42 inch Plasma TV with Blue Ray DVD, WIFI, Gas Fireplace and board games to enjoy for family game night. In the Primary bedroom, has a King bed and a full bathroom. The second bedroom features two built in Bunks which are a twin over twin, and a twin over full. There is also half bathroom on the main floor.
We welcome you to enjoy the outdoor shower that can be used for a dog wash. Dog towels are provided as well. There is also a Briquette BBQ for outdoor cooking. We hope you will love and enjoy this home, and leave with a feeling of being Happy as a Clam!

The house is nice enough, but limited on space. If you bring your own food or plan in cooking in the home, there is zero place to store your food. Along with no place to store food is no place to hang a coat on the first floor. Absolutely none. We were there the week after xmas and coats were a must. First few showers were horrible with a lack of hot water. We found the water heater temp setting at raised it from the chilly 90 degrees. The fire place is so filthy you can barely see the flame through the sooty glass. On the upside the fenced yard is very nice if you have a pooch with you. Would we stay here again, probably not given the homes shortfalls.
