Majestic Beach Towers 1-1615 is a stunning 1BR, 1BA GULF FRONT unit that offers 16th floor breathtaking views of the emerald waters and sugar white sand beaches. This unit features a king bed in the master suite, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to comfortably accommodate 4 guests. It also includes a washer/dryer for your convenience. With a full-size kitchen, a lovely eating area, and a spacious living room layout that opens up to a huge balcony overlooking the Gulf, you won’t want to leave. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1 and 2 bedroom units.*
Built in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot with active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoors pools, one includes a kiddie pool or get out of the sun and relax inside in one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. This was the perfect getaway for our annual “bestie vacation.” The condo was clean for the most part- besides a dirty rag hanging on the back of the door. I’m not above cleaning though, so me and my best friend cleaned when we arrived regardless. The jacuzzi tub with jets were a huge bonus I didn’t know about, I enjoyed many bubble baths in there! The balcony view was amazing and we had everything we needed to cook. I really enjoyed that this condo had a floor fan, I’m accustomed to sleeping with the noise back home so it helped, especially since this condo is RIGHT next to the elevators. The air purifier would’ve been great had it worked- there was a sign not to turn it off but it never worked for us. The elevators at the condo constantly had issues but other than that, we really enjoyed our stay! Can’t wait to go back

Master bed needs replaced and dark curtains put up. Sun was up at 5 blaring in. And you can hear the elevator all night. DEFINITELY need to upgrade the door lock system but the place was very clean, well stocked and nice.
