Parking fees:
Vehicles: $40.00 per short-term stay (30 nights or less)*
Long-term Vehicles: $40.00 plus $1.35 per night for each night over 30.
Motorcycles: $20.00
RVs/Boat/Trailers: $100 for up to 1 month. No fee for guests 3 days or less. No fee for owners for 14 days or less. Based on availability. During Thunder Beach, motorcycle trailers are at no cost for up to 7 days.

I truly enjoyed my stay — the resort was exactly as pictured and described. Everything met and exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The Starbucks downstairs was awesome and convenient. Breakfast and a Mexican restaurant walking distance. Really nice view to the beach. I will definitely be coming back and booking with Anthony. He would respond to my messages quickly. Thank you!

We stayed for a week (2 adults and 2 kids). Overall the condo was clean (except for floors, could have been moped better). The kitchen was missing some basic tools such as pizza cutter/pizza pan, the bathroom sink is very slow to drain. The pull out couch is very uncomfortable, we planned on having our two kids sleep on it but you can feel every spring.. it has the thinnest mattress. We saw there were blow up mattresses but no pump to blow them up with. The kids ended up sleeping with us in bed so it was a little tight. I would say this condo is best suited for two adults.
