This beautiful 2 bed 2 bath condo has brand new wood-look tile throughout the living and sleeping areas, new tile within the kitchen and bathrooms, and fabulous gulf views from the 12th floor. Unwind in the master which features a comfortable king bed with en suite. Guests will find a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, which allows this unit to sleep up to 6 guests comfortably. The GULF FRONT balcony is the perfect spot to relax and take in the evening sunsets. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to make delectable meals. Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!
*Vehicle Registration is required before arrival. Guests will purchase their parking pass through the vehicle registration process. During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort allows guests to purchase ONE parking pass for 1 and 2 bedroom units. TWO parking passes may be purchased for 3 bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1 and 2 bedroom units.*
Built in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot for active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoor pools, one includes a kiddie pool, or get out of the sun and relax inside in one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. The resort is nice. Pools are clean with lots of lounge chairs (we were there off-season so no problem getting a chair). It's a pretty big haul from the parking lot to the condo but they do provide luggage carts for check-in and check-out.
The condo was a decent size for the four of us (all adults) and the layout was good. It looks recently painted and felt overall clean until we got to the furniture.
The curtains in the bedrooms and balcony windows were old and had some stains. The two accent chairs in the living room were really, really dirty. We put towels down before sitting on them. The very small kitchen table only seats 2 people and was pretty wobbly. The worst part was the balcony furniture. It was so rusty that we had to sweep up all of the pieces of rust on the floor before being able to walk out on the balcony. And we were not able to sit on the chairs because of the rust. That was so disappointing as we had planned on being able to eat our meals and have some drinks on the balcony to watch the beautiful view. It's definitely a 5 star view, but I give the overall rating a 4 (3.5 if I could) because of the old furniture that really needs to be replaced.

Overall stay was good. View was gorgeous, beds were average. My only problem was the floors. My socks and feet were black my first night there. I had to mop the floors.
