Stunning 3-bed, 2-bath vacation home overlooking Cedarville Bay. With its breathtaking lake views, dock, and abundance of amenities, Lakeside Cottage is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and create lasting memories.
Fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, cozy living room with fireplace, large deck with seating and dining area, and more.
The Space:
There are three cottages on the property. A gravel driveway with several loops. Plenty of grass area towards the road to park boat trailers.
Your 'Lakeside' cottage is closest to the water. Parking is across from the front door steps. The covered porch provides protection from snow and rain.
Guest Access:
There are two doors on the home. One has a code lock and the other door leads to the front porch.
The Neighborhood:
There are three cottages on the property with a shared beach, fire pit, boat house, and boat trailer parking. We are on a public paved street with homes along the shoreline of Lake Huron. There are two gas stations and boat repair businesses on our street.
Getting Around:
There is plenty of parking for your vehicles and boat trailer. You can walk to town (10minutes) for coffee, food, ice cream etc.
Other Things to Note:
Water softener and filter (Drinkable). Roku TV's in all bedrooms. Solar Panels and backup battery for refrigerator and lights. Sound proofing insulation between bedrooms. Personal Verizon signal for your Verizon phone.

The cottage was beautiful and very upscale. TVs in each bedroom and livingroom. Everything we needed for our iPhones was provided. The beach was non existent. There were geese all over and geese turds in the sand, grass and on the dock. The water was full of weeds and non swimable.
