Windhaven features an oceanside outdoor pool (open Easter/April 1 to October 1), grilling area, and covered parking. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Parking with a big vehicle like an obstacle, but the view was amazing and the maintenance staff was responsive! They answered on a holiday weekend. The unit was very accommodating with extra blankets and the pool was awesome! Very nice!

Short walk to the water, not very crowded, great place for a family, Pool is shallow and good for children. BBQ is charcoal. No internet. Other rooms have open Wi-Fi but this unit did not and it was extremely hard to keep a connection. Fire Sprinkler system was inoperative at the time we were there. Main bathroom toilet seat was broken. No dishwasher soap was available, Hope this helps.

The property is a great location but has seen a lot of use and abuse. It's very, very outdated, the beds are small and not very comfortable. The rooms have tv's that are literally the smallest I have ever seen. Everything worked fine, nothing was broken but compared to the other units in the same building which I have seen almost all of them - this unit is by far the most outdated and in need of a refresh.
