If your beach vacation or family gathering requires luxury decor and abundant space, Summer School is the vacation home for you. Just a short stroll to the beach, this large (2,300 square feet!) five bedroom home with private pool is immaculate and entirely up to date. The private pool has lounge chairs and privacy fence. Three (3) covered porches and a spacious open-concept floor plan allow for relaxing inside or out!

Surfside Beach is the perfect location for a family vacation or getaway with friends! Regardless of the reason, the Surfside area is far enough from the traffic and crowds, but still, a short drive to the wide variety of attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment the Grand Strand has to offer. The Surfside Beach pier, restaurants and shops are a few blocks south from this property. Luxury shopping and dining are a few minutes north in the Market Commons area. Just a short drive north are all the attractions and shopping of Myrtle Beach, Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand shopping center, the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, and one of the world's largest Ferris wheels. For a unique cultural experience, Brookgreen Gardens displays one of the world's largest collections of sculpture by American artists in a lush outdoor setting, along with a zoo and butterfly garden, it's just a few minutes south on Business 17. Murrells Inlet is also just a short drive to the south and features the world famous Marsh Walk, with incredible dining and shopping and exciting water activities such as fishing, boating and the ever popular dolphin cruises!

This house was a great place to stay. Close to the beach, great layout, especially the kitchen and family room. Only issue was the drier. It took a LONG time to dry which was somewhat problematic. Not sure if the problem was the drier or possibly partially plugged vent line which might have reduced air flow. Also, fyi, we replaced the 9 V battery in the 1st floor master bedroom.
Bottom line: this house would be at the top of our list when we come back to Surfside.

over all good place to stay. rooms were clean and good size. tv's were very small in the bedrooms. only real issue was the clothes dryer, tech came out and got it running but had to run more than one cycle to dry clothes.

We enjoyed our stay, with exception of carpenter bees off livingroom porch. Beds seem to be dated, need to upgraded. Otherwise we were happy with the place.

We were so excited to get our family together for our 1st 14 person family vacation. Surfside beach was absolutely beautiful and the beaches are gorgeous!!!
Upon arrival we found the house to be cute but not very clean. The rug on the stairs is in dire need of being steam cleaned and just overall the house was not cleaned well. The baseboards had a layer of dust and dirt, along with the ceiling fans. They should really look into a new cleaning crew.
We were also upset to find that the guests prior to us left behind their loaded gun in the dresser drawer. We have young children so you can imagine finding this did not start the vacation off to a good start.
The pool was kept nice. They had a pool maintenance company come a couple times while we were there.
Overall, it wasn’t terrible but there was a lot of room for improvement as far as the cleanliness of the house goes.
