We arrived at our property around 4:10 PM. the cleaning contractors arrived around 415. We had to wait outside for about an hour while they cleaned the property. The lights in the parking area underneath the house are non-functional. All of the doors need to have some WD-40 put on them because they all squeak when opening and closing. And the air-conditioning system started leaking in the carport on the last day. The two recliners in the living room have more stains on them than a paint store so we covered them with extra sheets. The upstairs tub was clogged in the tub would fill up rather quickly. All in all it was a week at the beach but that property could use a little love.
