Another Quality Home Spot Retreat! Updated 1942 Sears Ranch home in an established tree-lined neighborhood.
Short walk to the local Farmers Market, restaurants, sports bars, bakeries, coffee shop, liquor store & more. Many delivery choices.
Just park at the front door and walk inside.
Stylishly decorated, this home feels cozy, comfortable, and relaxing. It includes new furniture, new carpet, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.
The separate office/den has a desk, free wifi, and additional seating making it perfect for getting work done or relaxing. Living room and one of the bedrooms have smart televisions.
Remodeled kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, microwave, and refrigerator with ice maker and is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots and pans and even a Keurig Coffee Maker.
The bathroom is a Jack-and-Jill style accessible and located between the two bedrooms.
Back patio has a grill and seating area to relax outdoors.
Driveway has parking for 2 or 3 cars. Street parking usually has empty spaces for 3 or more cars.

Cute house, clean bathroom, comfortable beds, and SO CLOSE to all of the shops and restaurants in Overland Park. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe. We were pleased with our stay!

Sweet little house, well situated and well cared for. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

The location is great. We were unable to get into the garage to use the washer/dryer or the gas gril.
