The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.

Our driveway can accommodate 2 cars for parking! Most attractions will require taking an $$15-20 Uber/Lyft ride or renting a car.

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
LOCAL guests - please send us a message before booking. We cannot host local guests without prior authorization or preapproval. We have the right to decline guests who refuses to go through our pre screening or disagrees with our house rules.
Disclaimer- We have an EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. This is in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Unregistered Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.
PETS:
We welcome well behaved pets with prior host approval. Please include your pet in the reservation. The platform only allows one pet fee—additional pets must be paid separately via the Resolution Center or invoice. Pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay. All pets must be pre-approved.
Guests must clean up after their pets. Unauthorized or unreported pets may result in fines up to $500, plus any damages or extra cleaning.
Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.

2nd time using this property and the location is great for getting downtown, the plaza, Westport and Overland Park. Main bedrooms are large. Bathrooms are tiny but the water is hot! Great place to stay if you are heading to KC.

Extremely responsive host, my only criticism would be the listing photos need updated to properly represent the home as it is right now. Otherwise a good stay!

The house was very clean. It looked like it had recently been updated with paint, flooring, fixtures, bath etc. Just a couple of problems during the trip. The one major problem that will need addressed is the lack of anything to store clothing etc during the trip. There is literally no place at all to unpack. There is plenty of room in each bedroom for side tables, dresser, etc but there are none there. This made it very difficult fo us to get out of our suitcase during the trip. The owners definitely need to put some additional furniture in the house. The neighborhood is fine, quick access to the highway, restaurants, and a grocery store. I took several long walks in the neighborhood and the community was perfectly safe and the neighbors were nice.
