Guest access
🔑 Guests may enjoy the main living areas, kitchen, dining area, three bedrooms, bathrooms, front porch, fenced yard and designated parking areas included with the stay.
🔒 Guests are not allowed in the attic, basement, locked owner storage, maintenance areas or any area marked private unless expressly permitted in the check-in instructions.

📌 The owner's friendly outdoor kitten may spend time on the front porch or elsewhere around the exterior. Because the owner is allergic to cats, the kitten must remain outside; please do not bring it into the home. Guests with cat allergies should be aware that the kitten may be present outdoors.
📌 HOUSE RULES
● PLEASE MAKE ALL GUESTS AWARE OF THESE RULES
● No smoking, marijuana/cannabis use, vaping, e-cigs, hookahs, incense or open-flame candles. NO PARTIES or EVENTS. If you break these rules you will be asked to leave and forfeit your booking. A $500 fine may be assessed in addition to any extra cleaning fees or damages if these rules are broken.
● No pets. The outdoor kitten noted above must remain outside. If you require a service animal, please communicate with us before booking your reservation. Emotional Support Animals are considered pets and are not permitted.
● Only guests included in the reservation may stay overnight.
● Visitors require written approval in platform messages before arrival.
● The person booking the property must be present during the entire stay and at least 25 years of age.
● No hair dye, self/spray tanner, or nail polish may be used inside on site. If this rule is broken, extra cleaning fees and/or damages may be assessed.
● No Play-Doh, slime, putty or non-washable markers, including Sharpies and dry erase markers.
● Please use makeup wipes or provided makeup towels for makeup removal.
● During the stay, thermostat settings may not be set below 60 or above 80.
