Coquina B-107 is a highly sought after ground floor end unit with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and pool, best of all NO STAIRS and It's so close to the beach access. Very well equipped with all your basic needs for cooking plus some! The Coquina Condominiums is a beachfront complex with a community pool, a grilling area, a fish-cleaning station for anglers, and tennis, shuffleboard, and basketball courts. You'll be just a few minutes from the wonders of St. Augustine and 13 miles south of downtown historic St. Augustine. Don't forget to visit Fort Matanzas National Monument (two miles south) - the beautiful grounds of which are home to an 18th-century Spanish fort.
