This second story two bedrooms, two bath townhouse is full of amenities including neatly-groomed grounds, a sparkling pool and kiddie pool, a community room, and it literally steps to the beach! In the kitchen, you will find what you need for a quick bite or make a gourmet meal. When you decide to enjoy the outdoors, you can sit on your balcony and take in the breeze or head on down to the pool or ocean for a swim. The Crescent Sandpiper is located on beautiful Crescent Beach, Anastasia Island. The unique shape of the complex allows views of the ocean from every condo. Crescent Sandpiper has one of the shortest walks to the beach with only a few steps from the pool area to Florida's white sandy beach. One of a handful of places on Florida's east coast where you can enjoy the Atlantic ocean sunrises from your patio or deck and watch beautiful sunsets over the intercoastal waterway from the community patio deck.
Amenities include a sparkling pool, a separate kiddie pool, wifi access throughout the complex, coined laundry, and private access to Crescent Beach. **Please note Crescent Sandpiper does not have any elevators.

Premises are in dire need of repair/maintenance: dishwasher did not work; fridge is on its last legs; main bathroom light fixture needs replacing; NO GRAB BARS IN EITHER SHOWER (important from a liability view); plastic shower liner is ripped; clothes washer is leaking onto floor; and there is exposed wiring in the washer/dryer closet. Every other unit we've ever rented through you has been perfect, but we couldn't recommend this particular unit to others. On the positive side, the location, ocean view, and general grounds maintenance are excellent!
