Decorated with an oceanside cottage retreat in mind, this popular rental is known for its comfortable furnishings. Unwind in the cooling air conditioning as you watch a movie or favorite show on one of the flat screen TVs. Sit on the balcony and read a book or simply enjoy the Florida sunshine! This condo also has a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare meals in the comfort of home. When it is time to call it a night, you will get an excellent night sleep. Two Bedrooms are upstairs, one has a King Bed and the other has two double beds.

View the Intracoastal Waterway and watch the sunset while you grill your meal and dine on the building's shared sun deck. The condo also offers a tennis and pickle ball court.
Surfing, boogie boarding, sailboarding, surf fishing, sea kayaking, bicycling, jogging, kite flying, frisbee and football, shell collecting, exploring--Crescent Beach is open for all these activities but never seems crowded. Crescent Beach is a nesting area for sea turtles, stay on the lookout and you might see some hatchlings! Dolphins are often spotted jumping just beyond the waves, and birders can observe many different species of shore birds!
The Crescent Sandpiper is located on beautiful Crescent Beach, Anastasia Island. The unique shape of the complex allows views of the ocean from every condo. Crescent Sandpiper has one of the shortest walks to the beach with only a few steps from the pool area to Florida's white sandy beach. One of a handful of places on Florida's east coast where you can enjoy the Atlantic ocean sunrises from your patio or deck and watch beautiful sunsets over the intercostal waterway from the community patio deck.
Amenities include a sparkling pool, a separate kiddie pool, wifi access throughout the complex, coined laundry, and private access to Crescent Beach. **Please note Crescent Sandpiper does not have any elevators.

We very much loved our stay at Crescent beach! This condo provided all we needed. Even when we experienced a hiccup at the end of our stay, management was responsive and attentive to our needs. Will be back!

Great beach and great condo complex. Unit had several unanswered maintenance issues... no hot water in second bath shower so couldn't use it, and roof leak dripping water on my head during the night...all night. No response from maintenance on the hot water issue.

Condo was a great location for being close to the beach and close to St Augustine. Great view from the patio.

Great location! Awesome communication with Anna! Only issue we had was that we could not get the tv in the second bedroom to work. It was stuck on a black screen. Anna was willing to help us with this, but we stayed so busy that we just didn’t worry about getting it to work.
