The location and the view were hard to beat. The living room furniture was worn and uncomfortable. The kitchen only had one electrical outlet and it was on the side of the bar. Other than these few things, it was really nice, and we enjoyed our time there despite a little surf turbulence left over from hurricane Helene.

We enjoyed our visit to the beach. Weather was perfect. The view to the ocean is so relaxing looking out. You are very close to it. The room is nice even though this is an old condo. The only problems are: recliner will not stay back. It will not hold in place (looks new) but won’t hold. Also the smaller bedroom needs a new mattress. It’s awful!!! It squeaks every time you move & it’s totally worn out. Owners should know this. Pelican Walk is very pretty outside with its landscaping.

Check-in was easy, the place was nice. The master room was nice and large. The other room with the full size bed, however was not. It was super small and the pictures don’t really show that. Kitchen is very small. The community bathroom was in need of some serious work. The toilet bolts that keep it to the ground were broke off. The shower handle literally came off while I was trying to turn it on. Water pressure was ehh. The tvs in both rooms worked through cable. Unfortunately the living room tv would not work at all. The only reason this was an issue is because it rained 6 out of the 7 days I was there. For the price, I guess I would give it a C. I did love being on the first floor. Would be great for someone with kids as the pool is about 20 feet from the room!
