Pelican Walk 806 - BEAUTIFUL Beach front 2 Bedroom - 2 Bath Gulf Front Condo! FREE Beach Chair & Umbrella Service seasonally March through October! The best part is the VIEW! Enjoy floor to ceiling windows and a view for miles from the kitchen, dining, and living area!

Pelican Walk 806 has been recently remodeled and features two bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms! The primary bedroom has a king size bed with adjoining private bath with an oversized custom tile shower. The second bedroom has two full size beds with an adjoining bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. There is a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room and a 65" smart TV. The expansive living room and dining areas overlook the Gulf with floor to ceiling windows. The spacious balcony is ideal spot to watch dolphins swimming in the Gulf and view the sunset over the water! Pelican Walk 806 offers plenty of space to relax and make cherished family memories at the beach!

Nestled on the quiet end of PCB on Thomas Drive and close to the State Park, Pelican Walk is one of Panama City Beaches most FAMILY & PET Friendly condominiums. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo and views. Enjoyed the variety of balcony furniture and indoor seating. Beds were comfortable. All the kitchen amenities we needed. The space was more than enough for two adults and two children. We would love to come back!

The washing machine didn’t want to start at times . But overall the location and condo were great !

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to find a strong musty smell in the main bathroom. Was causing my wife problems with her asthma. Property manager came and was very helpful. He told us to buy a dehumidifier and he would reimburse us and he did. We ended up having to purchase an air purifier as well which we just brought home. There was a water main break in Panama City that left us without running water for 2 days, which was completely beyond the resorts control. On the third day, when the water was restored, we attempted to do laundry only to discover the washing machine wouldn't fill. Maintenance man came up and was very friendly and discovered someone had turned off the cold water supply line. He turned the valve on and that fixed the issue. The beach and water were covered in sargassum, which had nothing to do with the resort. Between the issues beyond the resorts control, and the problems with the room, we had a not so great vacation. The final day the weather was nice and the water was clearing up. Overall the property management did their best to resolve our issues with the room, and it is appreciated but still left with a bad experience. Again, they had no control over the water and the seaweed, it just all made for the perfect storm.
