Pelican Walk 912 is simply STUNNING! Stay Right on the Beach in our beautifully Remodeled 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Gulf Front Condo!
Located on Thomas Drive. You will love the charming coastal décor! The spacious open floor plan features a living room, dining room and kitchen area that all offer breathtaking views of the Gulf! Most impressive are the SPECTACULAR sunsets from the private wrap-around balcony! The master bedroom has a king size bed and it's own balcony, with a completely remodeled master bathroom, custom tile shower, double vanity sinks, and a walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom offers a king size bed and the 3rd bedroom has two queen size beds. The guest bath adjoins the 3rd bedroom and has a custom tile shower. The living area has a pull out sleeper sofa! There is also a NEW washer/dryer in the condo. The state of the art kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and utensils.
Pelican Walk has 2 gulf front pools both overlooking the beautiful sand dunes and blue green water of the Gulf of Mexico. Guests have access all resort amenities, hot tub, club room, and courts for racquetball, shuffleboard, tennis and pickle ball. When you want to get out and about, it’s just a short stroll to shopping, dining, and entertainment in Panama City Beach.

Condo is beautiful! Everything was in good working order however, we did find trash in cabinet (old muffin), empty fruit carton by the bed along with some other trash.

Beautiful condo with great views of the ocean. Condo was very clean, ac was cold and kitchen was fully stocked with pretty much anything you needed for cooking. All of the staff was very accommodating and very nice. One of the best vacations we have had.
