Your walk to the beach from this house is much shorter than staying in most condos. It is located directly across a very small quiet street from a beach access. From your front door it is about 30 second walk to be on the white sand beach.

Wonderful 6 bedroom house located just a short 30 second walk to the beach on a very quiet cul de sac (no through traffic). This well kept and well cleaned house is beautiful and the owners have finished extensive upgrades in January 2021, including new bathrooms, new floors, new furniture, new larger pool deck and backyard, painted inside and outside. A great place for large families or groups, this house offers 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sleeping for 16, 2 kitchens, a private pool, BBQ grill, strong WiFi, Cable TV, plenty of parking spots and more!
Pet Policy - Generally a limit of 3 Pets up to 60 pounds $100 1 Dog $50 each 2nd & 3rd. Fees for 2nd &3rd Dogs will be added to the total shown.

The location was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone. The pool was nice but cold— we had the option to heat but my fault thinking we wouldn’t need it. The fenced back yard was great and had plenty of space

House and the pool were clean when we arrived, it is big and perfect for a large family, my grandbabies loved having their own room and getting in the pool after being at the beach. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing missing is inside stairs but it worked out for us but would be a nice feature.

Overall, the house was great! Location to the beach was a 10! We loved having a private pool that seemed to be well kept. Definitely would stay again if updates were made to the property. One thing we did not care for was that you had to go outside to get from upstairs to downstairs.Things to improve on:1. The upstairs living room furniture (couch and loveseat) definitely need to be replaced. We were grateful that none of our guest had to use the pull-out bed to sleep-can't imagine it would have be comfortable based on the way the furniture sat. 2. Tv in upstairs bedroom-was 1/2 of a screen3. Downstairs dryer did not work, upstairs dryer needed extra time to dry clothes.4. Garbage disposal upstairs was broken.5. Cabinet doors in upstairs kitchen fell off.6.. Air vents really need to be cleaned...3 people went home sick-not sure if the house had any part of that.7. Double check that you get all of your belongings, or they will be gone. Multiple messages have been sent in the attempts (with me more than willing to pay what it takes to get them back) of getting my things returned. I'm aware it was completely my responsibility to double check, but things happen (I was one of the 3 guest that left the home very sick) and I was hopeful that people would work with me....learn from my mistake.
