Waterfront View Perfect for Fun Loving Families!

We had a wonderful stay at 17 Full Sweep and would absolutely come back. From the moment we walked in, the house felt welcoming and comfortable, more like a home than a vacation rental.The outdoor space was one of our favorite parts of the property. The pool was fantastic, and the entertainment area was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The Alexa powered music system was a fun touch that made evenings by the pool even more enjoyable.The walk to the beach was easy and convenient, and we really appreciated all of the extras the owners provided. Having beach chairs and a wagon available saved us from packing and hauling our own gear, which made our trip much easier.Inside, the house was just as impressive. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everyone in our group slept well each night. The blackout shades were another thoughtful feature that made it easy to sleep in and feel well rested for the next day.I highly recommend 17 Full Sweep to anyone visiting Hilton Head and would happily stay here again.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and the owners. So many rentals can feel sparse---like the owners are hiding all of the good items for themselves. That is the opposite of this home-you truly feel like you are being welcomed in by old friends to use their home for your trip. Everything is well-stocked and well thought out. They even had high chairs for our little ones. Also-for any toddler parent who looks for a small space to create a special space for their toddler or pack and play---this house has an amazing walk in closet that can double as your toddler hub--has outlets and is well ventilated. Mike made everything easy and was great at communicating. We had a wonderful time with the pool and lagoon. The walk to the beach with two toddlers and two wagons was about 12-15 minutes on mostly flat surfaces. Not bad at all! We would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 6 adults had a wonderful stay at this Hilton Head Island VRBO! The home was exceptionally clean, organized, and thoughtfully maintained. The living spaces were comfortable and inviting, with beautiful views overlooking the lake that made every morning and evening special.The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals, truly offering all the conveniences of home. The bathrooms were spacious, and the hall bathroom was especially well designed for sharing. The shower curtain allows the tub/shower area to be used while maintaining privacy for others using the vanity area.There is a wonderfully organized outdoor storage closet, which was generously stocked with beach and pool essentials for renters. It made enjoying the island so easy and convenient for the short walk to the beach. It took about 10-15 mins as we enjoyed the neighborhood stroll and golf course views along the way. The patio and deck provided wonderful spaces to relax, enjoy the scenery, and spend time with our family. The sunroom was a great extra space to hang out, play games and have casual downtime. The property was very quiet and private. Everything was thoughtfully considered, making for a comfortable and stress-free vacation. Mike’s (the owner) communication exceeded our expectations. They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind, answering questions quickly and ensuring we had everything we need.We highly recommend this property!

This home was perfect for our family vacation! We had an amazing time enjoying the pool—especially with all the toys and floats provided. The beach is just an easy 8–10 minute walk, and the wagon made getting there with everything (and everyone!) so convenient.The beds were incredibly comfortable, which isn’t always the case with rental properties, so that was a huge plus. Mike was also very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.Thank you for a wonderful experience—we’ll definitely be back!
