Nestled within the desirable Singleton By The Beach community, this beautifully renovated 5-bedroom home blends coastal charm with modern comfort—perfect for your next island getaway. The open-concept first floor is designed for gathering, featuring a fully updated chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas range, steamer/mini convection oven, pod Nespresso machine, Vitamix blender, and elegant soapstone countertops. Step outside to the backyard and enjoy the propane grill or create your own Lowcountry seafood boil with the outdoor boiling pot and stand.
Each of the five spacious bedrooms includes a private ensuite bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for every guest. The first-floor king suite features a large walk-in shower, while an additional powder room includes a stacked high-efficiency washer and dryer for added convenience.
Upstairs, each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with comfort and privacy in mind, featuring its own private ensuite bathroom. Every room is equipped with a smart TV for personal relaxation, and guests also have convenient access to a second laundry area on this level—making extended stays and group travel effortless.
The ground level features a fully screened lanai, thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and fun. Take a refreshing dip in the newly renovated plunge pool, challenge friends and family to a game of ping pong, or kick back and watch your favorite shows on the outdoor TV—perfect for unwinding after a sun-filled day at the beach. An updated outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after sandy adventures, keeping the indoors fresh and comfortable.
Just a short 10-minute walk along a scenic tidal marsh leads you to Singleton Beach, where you may spot herons and egrets along the way. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, enjoy the added convenience of a seasonal golf cart beach shuttle (Sunday–Friday).
Located near Chaplin Park, guests have easy access to tennis courts, basketball courts, biking paths, and walking trails.
The home is well-equipped for beach days with chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, and a wagon provided. Parking is available for up to four vehicles, including a two-car garage and driveway space.
Pet-friendly: $300 for 1 dog up to 35 lb. For safety reasons, the pet will need to be crated at night and when they are left in the house alone.

The house was immaculate! So clean and absolutely beautiful. There were quite a few of us so having a laundry room on both floors was SO amazing! The downstairs was awesome with a cute little dip pool and ping pong table. We rented bikes and were able to so easily zip to and from the beach, plus the kids loved riding around the cul de sac! We will definitely be back.

We rented this property for our whole family. The set up was perfect with each room having its own private bathroom. Beach access was quick and easy using the daily shuttle that was available. The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything needed for our stay. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The host checked to make sure we made it and were comfortable. We would definitely stay at this property again. Wonderful family vacation!

A fantastic stay! Tony, our host, was welcoming and a great communicator. The property was exactly as pictured, well appointed, clean, and prepared perfectly for guests. We enjoyed the modern kitchen with lots of seating for our large group. The location was great for us with a bit of a walk to the beach. A shuttle service is provided, although, was not always reliable. Nice and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property.
