Sunset Ranch was an amazing VRBO/short term rental! We had a great experience with our family, the house is well stocked and the layout and outdoor patio was the best. It worked perfect for our family weekend to celebrate an NAU graduation. John was great to work with and we had a great stay! Highly recommend!

This is one of my favorite stays in Flagstaff. Well appointed home with entertainment spaces for the whole family. The hosts respond quickly when we had any questions and everything was just seamless.

We rented this property for a group of ten people. Everything from the communication, check in, the amenities, location, etc, was top notch. Our group had a great time during our stay (dogs included!) and we were incredibly satisfied with everything about this place. 10/10
