* Every bed will have a fresh set of linens and a comforter or quilt. One set of towels per person is provided.
* No parking is allowed on the street per HOA rules. Two vehicles can fit in the garage and two fit in the driveway.
* A garage door opener or code is not provided to protect all guests - you can access the garage using the interior button.
* Local customer service is available 8 am-10 pm.

The house was clean, spacious & communication was great with the owners. The only issues we had was with the hood vent. Either it didn’t work well or we couldn’t figure it out to work, so the smoke detector would go off once in a while. The other was the outdoor bbq needed to be cleaned. I would still recommend this house though, it was great.

Amazing home! Spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the accoutrements! Quiet neighborhood, and great location. Hosts were terrific...readily available, and checked in on how everything was. Will definitely return!
